  1. You have 52 weeks of the year to make progress, don't focus on the 1 or 2 weeks away!
  2. Enjoy your time away and have a break from all things
  3. Use common sense with food choices on holiday
  4. Exercise but only if you want
  5. Try to move as much as possible
  6. Skipping a meal could be a great way to manage your daily calorie intake
  7. You will likely gain weight over holiday but doesn't mean that it's fat
  8. Don't eat or drink like a dickhead on holiday "just because it's a holiday"
