There are 3 options depending on fitness levels:⁣
40s ON / 20s OFF⁣
45s ON / 15s OFF⁣
50s ON / 10s OFF⁣

2. Squat w/ Reverse Lunge L + R⁣
3. High Knees⁣
4. Up Down Planks⁣
5. Mountain Climbers⁣
6. Gorilla Burpees⁣
7. Jack Knifes⁣
8. Flutter Kick Squat⁣
9. Jumping Jacks⁣
10. Rest ⁣
